Bid Process: Written bids will be accepted until 5PM on Friday, February 15, 2008. Up to 10 bidders will be invited to an oral bidding on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at 10AM in Grand Forks (location to be announced).

Terms of Sale: Both parcels will be sold together. Successful bidder will provide 10 percent earnest money check at close of auction. Earnest money to be held in escrow by law firm of Shaft, Reis & Shaft, Ltd. Seller will furnish an updated abstract of title or title insurance. Seller will transfer title by Warranty Deed upon close of sale. Seller reserves the right to change terms of sale including rejecting any and all bids.
